Fast track grants for BHS and Austin Reed employees

To help BHS and Austin Reed employees who have been affected by the recent changes at both companies, we have designed a new digital fast-track application process for school uniform and shoe costs.
Our main grant criteria still applies, but we have simplified the supporting evidence you need.
Recent employees can apply for a grant of £150 (per child aged 0-18 years) to use for the new school year (September 2016).
How to apply
All fast-track applications must be submitted by email to email@example.com
STEP 1: Download and fill in this application form>
STEP 2: Email your completed form plus the following THREE documents:
- A copy of your P45 OR a redundancy letter dated 2016
- A copy of your P60 for 2014/2015 or a letter from employer.
- Photocopies of a Child Benefit letter or a recent (within the last three months) bank statement showing Child Benefit payment into your account.
REGRETFULLY, WITHOUT THESE DOCUMENTS WE ARE UNABLE TO PROGRESS YOUR APPLICATION.
*If you have more than one child, please complete a separate form for each child.
You can apply today using this form and we will start assessing applications from Friday 15th July onwards. Closing date for all fast track applications is Friday 14th October.
