Anna visited Nottingham last week to meet with Amanda Kennedy, HR Director and Nikki Rowbotham, HR Advisor, of Chester Barrie. This was the first time the company had met with our charity and we’re delighted that future visits are being planned for FTCT to join the Managers Meetings in September – to raise awareness of the support we can give to their employees.

On the same day we also visited School for ParentsNottingham 2 - Chester Barrie, a fabulous and very inspiring charity that supports pre-school children with cerebral palsy and Downs Syndrome. Shaun Hallam, CEO and Sarah Vearnals, Marketing and Comms are already promoting FTCT via their Facebook page and parents’ newsletter –thank you Sean and Sarah!

FTCT will be back up in Nottingham on 7 August, to present to a range of charities and organisations at the Nottingham Council Voluntary Services Nottingham 1 school for parents (1 – 3 p.m. NCVS, 7 Mansfield Road) as well as also meeting with the Family Information Services and Citizens Advice Bureau.

If you live or work in or around Nottingham and would like to come along to the FTCT presentation at NCVS just drop an email to Anna: anna@ftct.org.uk or call on 020-7232-1876.
