FTCT shows support to John Lewis partners

This Thursday, we packed up our trusty FTCT pop-up banners and headed down to John Lewis on Oxford Street, to take part in the JLP Partner Support Show- the first ever at their flagship store. The aim of the event was to raise awareness among John Lewis employees, about the range of free personal guidance and support which they can access.
It was a fantastic event for FTCT to be part of, giving us the opportunity to meet parents face to face and explain in detail, what we do and how we may be able to help their children. It was also a great opportunity for Francesca, our Grants Co-ordinator, to find out more about other organisations including, the Retail Trust, Westminster’s Citizens Advice Bureau, Pay Plan and the Money Advice Service, who are able to compliment the work we do.
We were completely overwhelmed by the positve response we received, from everyone who visited our stand. We are really looking forward to going back to the show tomorrow, on it’s final day, to meet all those parents who could not make it down yesterday.
We would like to say a big thank you to everyone at John Lewis for their continued support, in particular to the wonderful Komal, registry officer, who organised the whole event and invited us to come along.
We hope this will be the first of many JLP Partner Support Shows which FTCT will be a part of.
If your company organises similar staff support events, we would love to be there. Please call Anna on 0300 123 9002 or email firstname.lastname@example.org, to tell us more.
