FTCT visits School Home Support

This week, FTCT met with Pav and managers from School Home Support (SHS) to tell them more about our charity and how we might be able to help the families they support, via the schools they work in.
FTCT works with over 150 charities to raise awareness. SHS is one of these and is is a fantastic charity that works on the simple ethos of ‘Children in School, Ready to Learn’. Their team of dedicated Practitioners offer a combination of specialist support and emotional and practical advice to vulnerable children and young people, working with them and their families to help overcome the barriers that are preventing them from learning. Last year they supported an incredible 15,000 children and families!
By working closely with charities like SHS, who will help by putting up our posters in schools, we hope to be able to reach more families.
If you think you know a child who could benefit from an FTCT grant, just like some of the children that SHS works with, call Emma on 0300 123 9002 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
