FTCT’s invitation from The Queen

This weekend, The Queen celebrates 60 years as Monarch. With street parties, concerts and pageants taking place right throughout the country across the Diamond Jubilee weekend, celebrations here in London will culminate with the National Service of Thanksgiving, at St Paul’s Cathedral on the morning of Tuesday 5th June.
The Queen, The Duke of Edinburgh, and many members of The Royal Family, will attend this special service – and, as one of her patronages, we are proud to say that FTCT have been invited to attend!
The vast majority of the guest list comprises of people from all over the country together with the charities, schools and other organisations who, like FTCT, can proudly call Her Majesty their patron.
We feel honoured and privileged not only to call Her Majesty The Queen our patron, but also to have been invited to be part of this historical event. Our Director, Anna Pangbourne and Chair of Trustees, David Carter-Johnson , will be proudly attending the service, not only as representatives of our charity, but of all the families who are currently supported by our grants and those we have helped over the last 159 years.
