WP_20131006_040Huge congratulations to Jo Campbell, Hobbs, who finished her Royal Parks Foundation Half Marathon yesterday in 2 hours 26 minutes. It was a really fantastic day and despite the late Autumn heat, Jo successfully crossed the finishing line, raising nearly £500 for FTCT – what a fantastic achievement!

The race started and finished in Hyde Park, taking Jo past some of London’s most iconic landmarks in Westminster, through the Royal Parks. With over 16,000 runners taking part, Anna from FTCT was on hand to greet Jo as she crossed the 10 mile mark where she looked in great shape.

We would like to say a massive thank you to Jo for giving up her time and many hours of training to raise money for the children of those that work in the UK fashion and textile industry. We think you’re amazing!

If you’re inspired by Jo’s story, why not support FTCT, by fundraising too? Our FTCT Santa Run takes place on Sunday 8 December. To register for your place, email fundraising@ftct.org.uk.
