Out and about at Textile Forum

The FTCT team were back at the Textile Forum this week, London’s premier fashion fabric show. Hosted at the luxurious venue One Marylebone and organised by Linda Laderman (FTCT Ambassador), this was our fifth year as chosen charity for the show.
Visitors were asked to make a donation in exchange for a cuppa and delicious flapjacks and brownies made by the talented Sally Boyce. In conjunction with our fabulous raffle, we raised over £360!
Alison (pictured) from Fashion Angels walked away with a fabulous accessories bundle, donated by Ted Baker.
A special mention to our brilliant volunteer Kamilla (pictured with Alison), who did a fantastic job, selling raffle tickets, topping up refreshments and giving out info about FTCT. Hopefully Kamilla will join us again at another event, soon!
Why are tradeshows relevant for FTCT?
Trade shows like Textile Forum, offer us the chance to meet face-to-face with employees and employers from across the industry. Thank you to Linda for supporting FTCT, and the team at Ted Baker for donating our wonderful raffle prize. ALL the money raised will go directly to children we support, children like Madison.
Don’t forget, whether you are a current or previous employee of a large high street retailer, a small manufacturer, a supplier, or sole trader – we’re on hand to help.
Getting help from FTCT is really simple- all you need to do is give us a call on 0300 123 9002 or fill in our online enquiry form.
