Yesterday morning, 25 enthusiastic

FTCT’s very own Santa’s, Anna, Jill and Francesca

runners braved the cold, to join Team FTCT, for our first ever fun-run event, the Doitforcharity 5k Santa Run. Completing the 5k course alongside 2,200 other runners, all raising money for hundreds of UK charities, large and small, the FTCT Santa’s did us proud. Click here to see photo’s of our runners from the day, or click here to watch last night’s ITV news report, from the event.

The FTCT Santa’s included Anna, Francesca and Jill from the FTCT team, Lizz and Matt, friends of FTCT, students and staff from the Fashion Retail Academy and staff from industry partners YumiOresa and Basler. A special congratulations goes to Lucius who, aged 8, was our youngest FTCT Santa runner. Yesterday was Lucius’ first ever fun run event and he managed to raise a massive £140 for FTCT through sponsorship from his family and friends!

So far our Santa’s have raised over £2,350 for FTCT- which is just amazing! There’s still time to sponsor the team, by clicking on the individual links below:

We would like to say a huge thank you to all our FTCT Santa’s for being such brilliant sports; their enthusiasm and passion for our charity made yesterday such a wonderful event. Why not click here to read Team Yumi’s blog about the day…

We would also like to say thank you to our wonderful volunteers Katie, Nigel and Deborah, for giving up their precious Sunday morning lie in, to lend a helping hand on the day.

If, like our Santa’s, you are thinking of raising money for charity, why not name FTCT as your chosen charity. To find out more, please get in touch and order your own individual fundraising pack, today.
