Santa runners raise over £3,500 for FTCT!
Yesterday, 35 brave and enthusiastic runners took part in the doitforcharity Santa run on behalf of FTCT. Collectively they raised more than £3,500 (with more still coming in) to support vulnerable children whose parents work in the UK fashion and textile industry.
Runners on the day included teams from Pentland, Claremont and the Fashion Retail Academy, alongside FTCT Trustee Dave Shepherd and his son Stan, FTCT dad Martyn Johnson-Cole and , Ole and her son Toby and Tom from Kurt Salmon.
A big thank you to everyone who turned up at the event and participated. Both runners and supporters alike. The weather was glorious and spirits were high. To see photos from the day click here.
There’s still time to sponsor our Santas, simply visit our special Santa Run page and click on the individual teams, to pledge your support.
Don’t forget, this is an annual feature in the FTCT calendar. So look out for it next year and send us an email by next September, to get involved!
