Springtime runner

Not only is today the first day of spring *jump for joy*, but also the day of a spectacular solar eclipse and tonight’s super moon! These 3 celestial events mark the start of warmer months and, as a time of renewal, it’s a great time to get back on track with any New Year resolutions that may have slipped by the wayside.

If you want to start a new exercise plan, a great way to get motivated is by setting yourself a goal, such as signing up for a charity fun run! Not only does a fun run set you a target to work towards, but doing something good for charity gives you that extra push.

To find out how you can get involved and make a difference, contact Janet on 020 7232 1876 click on the superhero below!

Super Hero Run & the London Marathon

Twenty-five brave superheroes have already agreed to run for FTCT at this year’s Super Hero Run on Sunday 17th May at London’s Regents Park, and we still have more places available for you to get involved! With 57 days left, you still have plenty of time to sign up, and raise a target of £100 for the 5k or 10k run!

If you aren’t able to run, no problem! Walkers, wheelchair users, and mini superheroes over 8 years old are encouraged to get involved too!

The fun doesn’t stop there; we have the London Marathon to look forward too! Our 6 wonderful runners: Jim Shearer, FTCT beneficiary; Industry supporters from Topman, Bobby Reid and Yasemin GreenSam Watts from Selfridges; and FTCT trustee Amit Chowdhury and his lovely friend Rebecca Balfour are currently training for the big day whilst raising valuable funds to support children of parents in the industry. Please show them support and give what you can
