As temperatures drop this weekend and much boy-in-warm-coat-dec16of the country is covered in snow, we are helping to promote the Turn 2 Us No Cold Homes campaign. So if you are struggling with rising energy bills and often keep the heating off even in the coldest weather, please read on.

About the campaign: Research by Turn 2 Us found that one in two working families on a low income are struggling to pay their energy bills. Over 4,000 respondents said that energy costs was causing one in five respondents (20%) stress and worry, and one in six (17%) were cutting back on food to pay their energy bills.

  • Grants Search. Check if you’re eligible for support from over 3,000 grant-giving charities, including those who offer help with energy bills.
  • Find out more about schemes and grants that may be able to help. This includes help from your energy company, details of the Warm Home Discount, Winter Fuel Payments and Cold Weather Payments, and help for energy bill debts.
