Why you matter…

Lacking time and money, it’s understandable why people who want to ‘do more’ feel they can’t actively support their favourite charity. But there are other ways to show you care!
Telling your friends, family and colleagues about a charity and asking them to ‘pass it on’ is an effective way to promote a cause close to your heart – and make a real difference.
That is why you matter!
At the Fashion & Textile Children’s Trust, families are referred to us through charitable organisations, industry partners, schools and by people just like you!
If it wasn’t for individuals sharing information about FTCT with their friends and neighbours, families such as Jada & Maya, Mark & Emma and Sophie & Rosemary may never have found us and accessed the support they needed.
Other ways you can help can be through ‘liking’ our Facebook and Twitter pages and ‘sharing’ interesting stories, which will help boost awareness amongst your contacts and reach more people in need. If you own a website, find a place to insert our charity logo and brief bio, or ask your local community centre, place of worship, or GP’s surgery to put up a poster.
It doesn’t take much to make a change in the world. And to make life a little easier, we have free resources to help you!
In the meantime, please keep talking, keep liking and keep sharing. Your support means the world to the families we have helped, and will change the future of families to come.
