We want to make information about our grants, criteria and application process as simple and clear as possible. But we recognise that no two situations are the same and sometimes questions do come up. That’s why we have launched two new FAQ (frequently asked questions) pages, to answer all your questions and queries.

We currently have a very high volume of calls and emails from BHS families and want to be able to reach as many as possible. We highly recommend you check the grants FAQ or fast track grants FAQ page, to see if you can find the answer to your questions BEFORE calling us. This helps our small team of five people, to keep application processing times as quick as possible.
