We're looking for volunteers at the upcoming Textile Forum.

Textile Forum is the UK's leading luxury fashion fabric event for designers looking to source top quality fabrics, trimmings, labels, buttons and garment manufacturers for womenswear, menswear, childrenswear, bridalwear, lingerie and accessories and want to be inspired.

Top British wools and tweeds meet laces and silks, fine cottons and leathers with a sprinkling of buttons, linings and labels at the autumn Textile Forum, which will present stock and forward order fabrics over two floors at its central London venue One Marylebone from 16-17th October.

If you are interested in fashion and textiles, are over 16 years old and you would like to enhance your CV – why not apply? It’s a daytime event, so we’ll need you to be there from 10am. You will mingle with guests to promote our charity and encourage them to buy raffle tickets, so we can raise the profile and funds for the all-important grants for children and their parents who work in the industry. We’ll need you to help us distribute our literature so all the guests know exactly what FTCT do and how we help children.

So, check your diary – Wednesday 16 and Thursday 17 October – between 10am until 4pm. Whether you’ve volunteered with us before, or it’s your first time, you just need to contact Janet with your name, where you are studying/working and your contact details and she’ll be pleased to add you to our volunteers list. Don't delay and there are only two spaces available per day!

We’ll provide lunch and reimburse your (reasonable) travel costs.
