We usually respond to all enquiries within seven working days of receiving them.

Your enquiry is very important to us and we will respond to you as soon as we can. 

Please note: We are experiencing exceptionally high demand for our services at the moment and grants may take longer than usual to process. If you do receive an application form, we encourage you to complete and return it as soon as possible, to allow time for processing.

What happens next?

  • The form you have just submitted is an initial enquiry form. We will use this information to check we are the right charity for your family

  • Once your information has been reviewed, we will contact you by email.

  • This email will either contain our application form OR links to other charities who might be able to help your family, if we don’t feel we can. 

  • The application form will be sent to you via email and post (just in case you don't have a printer).

  • Please check your junk mail and contact us if you have not had an email within one week of submitting your enquiry form. Something may have gone wrong between our computer and yours!
