What happens next?

  • The form you have just submitted is an initial enquiry form. We will use this information to assess if we are the right charity for your family.

  • Once your information has been reviewed, we will send you an email within seven days of receiving your enquiry form.  

  • If we believe we are the right charity for your family, we will send you an application form to complete.  

  • The application form will be sent to you via email and post (in case you don't have a printer). 

  • If we don't think we are the right charity for your family, we will send you an email to let you know our decision and will try to signpost you to other charities who might be able to help

  • Please check your junk mail and contact us if you have not had an email within one week of submitting your form. Something may have gone wrong between our computer and yours!

  • Our grants typically take up to 4 weeks to process, from the receipt date of a complete application form (including supporting documents).
