If you choose to use your redeem code, it is important you understand the full T&C's of this offer, outlined below. 

• Codes are unique and can only be used to redeem a bag for the child named in the email sent to you.
• Codes will expire after 2 weeks and cannot be redeemed after this time.
• Bag styles are only offered while stocks last.
• Bags are only available for children aged between 8-16yrs inclusive.
• Shipping is free to UK addresses. International shipping is not an option.

These bags have been generously offered as a donation to families who have met our criteria for financial hardship.

With this in mind we ask that you don’t:

• Return, refund or exchange the bags offered in this promotion.
• Codes cannot be passed on or transferred to anyone, including another child or family member.
