It's Giving Tuesday, a day that encourages people in the world to do good. We are taking today as an excuse to celebrate our wonderful supporters in the British Childrenswear Industry; CWB Magazine and Monty & Co.

As a charity supporting the children of people working in the British fashion and textile industry, we have so much synergy with the sector. Here's how two amazing industry leaders are supporting us.

CWB Magazine is dedicated to the childrenswear industry and is the only UK trade title serving the entire sector, from fashion to schoolwear. They have been supported the Fashion & Textile Children's Trust for over a decade now and have always championed our work.

We are delighted that CWB will be supporting us throughout 2023, giving us access to free advertising space when available. CWB Editor Laura Turner commented, "CWB has always championed the Fashion and Textile Children’s Trust and its work to support the children of UK fashion and textiles families. With the impact of the cost of living crisis seeing the charity’s enquiries double, we wanted to do more."

"For this reason, CWB will be allocating any free advertising space for the remainder of the year and throughout 2023 to the charity, helping to promote its grants to fund essential items for the children of UK fashion and textile families who are struggling financially.”

Monty & Co, a wonderful independent childrenswear brand have been supporting us since 2018, through regular donations. Monty & Co's Founder Leigh recently announced a special sales promotion to support FTCT this Christmas.

“I really like FTCT's association with British industry and the affinity between our brand, children's clothing and the fact the charity supports families and children. We have a loyal customer base and are grateful that their continued support can assist some families in a time of need."

"Throughout December £2 from every order will be donated to the Fashion & Textile Children's Trust. Plus, 10% of all "loved" preloved sales are donated throughout the year.”

We are so delighted to be working with both brands. These partnerships show the range of ways the industry can support and donate to fund grants for children in UK fashion and textile families.
