Colleague Wellbeing is a big priority for M&S and their focus is on Healthy Finances as much as Healthy Minds and Healthy Lifestyles. The 19 – 23 July 2021 is Healthy Finances Week across M&S and we teamed up together to help shine a clear spotlight to colleagues on the support that’s available to them from the Fashion & Textile Children’s Trust when they may need it most.

To support as many industry families as possible, we work with many of the HR teams at fashion and textile companies, including the high street fashion retailer M&S. Our partnership with M&S started 8 years ago and together we promote our grants M&S teams through a number of channels, from team meetings to intranet.

Through our ongoing partnership, every year we’re giving grants to the children of M&S employees working across many aspects of the business from stores, distribution centre, head office and more.
