Step 3 of 5

Our grants are here to support families when they are struggling financially and can't afford to buy essential items for their children.

This could be because of an unexpected change in your circumstances or a sudden gap in income.

If you're feeling a bit nervous or uncomfortable about applying, try not to worry. This can happen to any family.

No two cases are the same, but parents who apply to us are usually facing one of the following situations:

  • You are in arrears with your household bills, have debt issues or have no access to savings
  • You are caring for a child or family member with ill health or additional needs
  • You have been made redundant
  • Your employer has reduced your contracted hours of work
  • You have recently suffered a relationship breakdown, separation or divorce
  • You are signed off work sick or have a long term illness
  • you are facing homelessness or have recently had to move home
  • You are a kinship carer
  • You have suffered the bereavement of a close family member

If any of these situations are causing you financial difficulties, please click through to the next step and see what we can fund.
